I love this look ♥ I used to think that leather fringe was very tacky; it reminded me of either cowboys, or washed up hippie rockers. However recently I’ve fallen in love with purses that have this fringe. Don’t get carried away ladies; if the fringe on the purse is double the length of the purse itself, then you’re walking the line between tasteful and tacky. If done right though, you can end up with a look that combines feminine and edgy. And of course you can’t go wrong with the classic black skirt, white top combination. Beautiful! I would wear this any day :)
